Your new role

Acting as a key point of contact for all compliance‑related activity across the site.
Managing and maintaining the company's compliance frameworks and documentation.
Supporting the delivery and upkeep of accreditations, certifications, and audit processes.
Translating legislative and regulatory requirements into practical processes for operational teams.
Coordinating actions and ensuring follow‑through on compliance‑related improvements.
Working closely with operational and H&S colleagues to promote consistent, best‑practice standards.What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in a compliance‑focused role within a regulated or manufacturing environment.
Hands‑on involvement in accreditations, ISO standards, audits, or certification processes.
Confidence interpreting legislation and applying it within operational processes.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience within a Health & Safety environmentWhat you'll get in return
