Prodrive Recruitment are recruiting for a skilled Production/Factory Operative to join their clients based in Pershore. As a Factory Operative, you will be responsible for all aspects of core material preparation, injection and firing of products in accordance with company standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Operate production machinery and equipment to assemble products.
* Follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate production.
* Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.
* Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Experience:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred - Full training will be given.
* Proficient in using machines
* Ability to read and interpret instructions.
* Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Pay: £12.50 per hour+ company benefits
Hours of work: Full time (Monday to Friday) 8.00 am - 4.00 pm - can be flexible.
Temporary to Permanent Contract.
