Our client is a market leading fresh food producer and due to continued growth, they require an additional driver to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of fresh produce to depots across the UK
Duties:
* Operate both HGV 1 and HGV 2 wagons for the transportation of goods across various locations.
* Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule, adhering to designated routes and schedules.
* Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with legal requirements.
* Secure loads properly, ensuring stability during transit and compliance with safety regulations.
* Maintain accurate documentation related to deliveries, including delivery notes and logbooks.
* Self-tip some loads occasionally (light products)
Shifts:
* 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (One week HGV 1, 4 days off and then 4 days HGV 2 - rotating)
* start times 19.00 onwards - flexibility needed
Pay:
* Starting salary £36,000 rising to £38,000 after a successful probation period
* Monthly pay

* Full-time with the client from day one
