Hours of Work: full time

As an Infrastructure Support, you will play a vital role in maintaining and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation across all systems. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, server, and network issues promptly, and collaborating with various teams to optimise IT services. Infrastructure Support Requirements:

Proven experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network systems
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
