What You’ll Be Doing

· Building and nurturing your own client base through warm and cold outreach

· Running client meetings, uncovering hiring needs, and delivering solutions

· Sourcing, screening and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process

· Growing your personal brand in a way that works for you
