Long Term Futures are working with a welcoming primary school in Colindale seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a non-verbal autistic child in EYFS with complex needs. This is a 1:1 role supporting communication, engagement, and early development within the classroom.

Working alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies

What We're Looking For
Experience working with autistic children (essential)
EYFS experience preferred
Patient, nurturing, and confident supporting non-verbal pupils with complex needsWe welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds in psychology, speech and language, youth work, mental health, or other related SEN fields.
