Multi-Modal Freight Operator – Event Logistics

We’re working with a specialist logistics provider operating in a fast-paced, niche sector including live TV, film, music, and global events. Due to growth, they’re looking to add an experienced Multi-Modal Freight Operator to their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on time-critical, high-profile shipments, where no two days are the same.

The Role:

Manage end-to-end freight operations across air, sea, and road

*

Handle time-critical and express shipments with precision

*

Coordinate shipments for events, media, and entertainment projects

*

Liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

*

Oversee documentation, customs processes, and tracking

*

Provide high-level customer service in a fast-moving environment

What We’re Looking For:

*

Minimum 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding/logistics

*

Strong knowledge of multi-modal operations

*

Experience with time-critical or express freight

*

AOG experience is highly desirable

*

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

*

Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
