Supplier Quality Engineer

A leading automotive manufacturing company that specializes in producing high performance vehicles is currently looking to hire a Supplier Quality Engineer. The successful candidate will ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of suppliers and their products.
  
The Supplier Quality Engineer will:

Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for supplier quality issues (8D, Ishikawa, etc.).
Monitor supplier KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives.
Support initial sample inspection, incoming quality control, and documentation verification.
Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and onboarding to ensure capability, quality, and compliance.
Develop and maintain supply chain quality standards and processes (APQP, PPAP, FAIRs, etc.). The Supplier Quality Engineer will have:

Proven experience working within motorsport or a niche / high-performance automotive OEM (essential)
Strong knowledge of quality systems and methodologies
Supplier quality experience, ideally within a start-up, SME, or low-volume OEM environment
Experience in production quality environments (beneficial)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
