Location: Local candidates only - applicants must live in Richmond or Wandsworth. (Also welcoming applications from Australian and New Zealand teachers and teaching assistants already based locally.)
Pay: £90-£110 per day PAYE (no umbrella fees)
SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting Teaching Assistants with strong SEN experience to support primary schools across Richmond and Wandsworth. These roles involve supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, particularly children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH and Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
We are particularly interested in Australian and New Zealand teachers or teaching assistants who are currently based locally, as many of our partner schools value the energy, adaptability and classroom experience they bring to UK primary settings.
We are looking for reliable and compassionate Teaching Assistants who are confident supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them stay engaged and regulated within the classroom.
Responsibilities
* Providing 1:1 SEN support
* Supporting small group learning interventions
* Helping pupils regulate behaviour and remain engaged in lessons
* Assisting teachers and working closely with SENCO teams
* Creating a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
* Strong SEN experience required
* Must live in Richmond or Wandsworth
* Minimum 3 days availability for part-time or daily supply work
* Full-time roles available
DBS preferred for faster processing but can be arranged if required.
