    Members Association Consultant - Part Time

    Type: Permanent - 3 days per week
    Location: Near Haywards Heath

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a Part-Time Members Association Consultant with strong knowledge of employment regulations and a keen interest in supporting professionals within the aviation or related sectors. This role combines member support and operational responsibilities, providing guidance and advocacy to stakeholders while ensuring organisational processes meet legal and regulatory standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Represent and support members in employment hearings or disputes.
    Advocate for members' interests in negotiations regarding pay, terms, and conditions.
    Ensure full compliance with UK employment and legal requirements.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for media enquiries and communications.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member and organisational information.Candidate Profile:

    Strong diplomacy, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
    Knowledge of the UK aviation sector and employment law is desirable.
    Understanding of aviation regulations, particularly related to pilots, is advantageous.
    Confidence in handling complex communications and negotiations.
    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    Experience as a pilot is desirable but not essential
