About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior People Advisor / HR Manager / HR Business Partner with strong TUPE expertise to join a growing organisation undergoing continued change and expansion.
This role requires a confident HR professional who has extensive, hands-on TUPE experience and can independently manage employee transfers, consultations, and integration activities.
TUPE knowledge and delivery experience is essential — this position will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment supporting organisational change, acquisitions, and workforce transitions.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-end TUPE transfers, including due diligence, consultation processes, and post-transfer integration
*
Support organisational change, restructures, and business transformation projects
*
Manage complex employee relations matters linked to transfers and change programmes
*
Deliver employee consultations with confidence and professionalism
*
Ensure legal compliance and best practice HR processes
*
Support managers through complex people-related challenges
Essential Experience
✔ Significant TUPE experience (essential requirement)
✔ Proven track record managing TUPE projects independently
✔ Strong Employee Relations background
✔ Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation
✔ Experience working as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior People Advisor
✔ Excellent stakeholder management skills
✔ CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
