Job Title: Site Manager
Salary: £50,000 + Car OR Car Allowance
Location: North East
Sector: Offsite Construction

Are you an experienced Site Manager within the timber sector?
Do you want to work for a market leading specialist within the offsite construction sector?

We are looking to speak to experienced managers within the timber sector, whether that is timber frame, engineered timber or SIPS to oversee and manage large commercial new builds for a tier 1 contractor client base.

Your experience within the timber sector will be key as you will be expected to provide technical feedback to sub contractors and clients whilst ensuring a smooth and safe delivery process.

As a Site Manager you will:

Create and maintain RAMS
Quality Assurance and Inspection
Complete slab surveys to confirm acceptable and ready to start install
Oversee snagging and organise site reviews for handover
Check specification and conformity of goods receivedWe would welcome conversations with candidates who:

Have a background working within the timber sector - ideally for the timber contractor
Hold technical competencies within timber and can problem solve on site
Can manage large teams of sub contractors on site
Possess strong communication skills across all levels both internally and externally
Hold relevant and valid site tickets such as SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid - Any lifting tickets would be advantageous
