The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple housing developments across the West of Scotland, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
This is a key position within the business, offering the opportunity to build and develop your own site teams while playing an important role in the continued expansion of the company.
Responsibilities

Manage multiple residential developments across Glasgow and the West
*
Lead and support Site Management teams
*
Ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget
*
Maintain high levels of quality and health & safety standards
*
Liaise with commercial, technical and senior management teams
*
Monitor project progress and performance
*
Support recruitment and development of project teams
Requirements
*
Experience working as a Contracts Manager within residential housebuilding
*
Strong leadership and management capability
*
Experience managing multiple housing developments
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
*
Strong knowledge of construction processes and site operations
