The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JCB 3CX Driver for a long-term project in the Middlesbrough area. This isn't just a standard "sit and spin" role; we need an operator who is comfortable and proficient with criss-cross (X-pattern) lever controls.
The site requirements are specific, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in their machine work and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Loading: Efficiently loading wagons and hoppers.
Sweeping: Maintaining site cleanliness and managing stockpiles.
General Operation: Safe and precise maneuvering in a busy site environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A valid CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS logo) ticket for 3CX.
Proven experience using criss-cross levers.
A strong work ethic and a "get stuck in" attitude.
Reliable transport to the Middlesbrough area.
