Location: Glasgow
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (40 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

The Role

Are you a skilled Electrician who values professional excellence and a supportive team environment? We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Electrician to join our Facilities Management team.

In this role, you'll be ensuring the safety and comfort of our partners and residents across a diverse portfolio. You will handle everything from routine planned maintenance to reactive repairs, playing a vital role in delivering world-class service and contributing to a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality service and reactive repairs to lighting and power distribution systems.
Maintain motors, pumps, fan coil units, and HVAC control panels.
Act as the Appointed Person (AP) Electrical for the contract and manage BMS control systems.
Strictly adhere to Health & Safety, COSHH, and Waste Disposal regulations.
Maintain precise asset histories, maintenance records, and helpdesk reports.
Support on-site personnel and participate in a standard on-call rota.

What We're Looking For

Level 3 NVQ or Diploma in Electrical Installation & Testing (or equivalent).
18th Edition Wiring Regulations and AM2 Practical Skills Assessment.
A proven track record in both electrical installation and maintenance work.
A valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
The ability to pass a PVG/Disclosure Check prior to commencement.
