Job Title: FLT Operator (Counterbalance & Pivot Steer)
Location: Diversey, Cotes Park Industrial Estate, Alfreton
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts, Monday–Friday (6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm)

Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Operator to join the team at the Diversey site in Cotes Park, Alfreton. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklift trucks to move, load, and store goods within the warehouse and production areas while supporting the smooth flow of operations.

Key Responsibilities

*

Operate Counterbalance and Pivot Steer (Flexi/Bendi) forklift trucks safely and efficiently.

*

Load and unload goods from vehicles and transport materials around the site.

*

Put away and retrieve stock from racking locations.

*

Support warehouse and production teams with the movement of raw materials and finished products.

*

Carry out daily pre-use FLT safety checks and report any defects.

*

Ensure all work is completed in line with site health & safety procedures.

*

Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

*

Assist with general warehouse duties when required.

Requirements

*

Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence.

*

Valid Pivot Steer (Flexi/Bendi) FLT licence.

*

Previous experience operating FLTs in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

*

Good awareness of health and safety practices.

*

Ability to work rotating shifts.

*

Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Shift Pattern

*

Rotating weekly shifts:

*

06:00 – 14:00

*

14:00 – 22:00

*

Monday to Friday.

Desirable

*

Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.

*

Good attention to detail and basic stock handling knowledge.
