    Job description

    Sales Support / Customer Services – UK & Export (B2B & B2C)

    L & C Consulting are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales Administrator / Customer Services professional to join the Sales team, supporting both UK and Export markets across B2B and B2C channels of our Bridgnorth based client company.

    This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations, delivering excellent customer service, and providing essential administrative support to help the team achieve its targets.

    Based within a small team, your duties will include (but not be limited to):

    * Process UK and Export sales orders

    * Supporting customers via phone, email, and online systems

    * Issue and track invoices and sales confirmations

    * Maintain and update CRM systems accordingly

    * Liaise with logistics and internal departments

    * Compile weekly and monthly sales performance and pipeline reports for management

    * Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals

    * Monitor stock levels

    * Support UK and Export sales activities

    * Manage customer feedback and communicate insights to relevant departments

    About You

    Essential:

    * Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role

    * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

    * Ability to manage multiple tasks

    * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    * ERP / MRP experience

    You’ll be:

    * Highly organised and dependable

    * A confident communicator

    * Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

    The Bridgnorth site is commutable from Telford, Kidderminster, Wolverhampton, Perton, Shifnal, Ludlow etc
