You’ll bring your culinary expertise, compassion, and adaptability to create delicious, well-balanced meals that meet residents’ individual needs and enhance their wellbeing.
What You’ll Do:

Prepare and serve a range of fresh, nutritious meals aligned with residents’ care plans.

Follow IDDSI (International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative) guidelines when preparing textured-modified diets.
*
Cater for special dietary requirements, allergies, and medical conditions.
*
Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen organisation.
*
Adapt quickly to new environments and work collaboratively with care teams.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a chef or cook in care homes or healthcare settings.
*
Strong knowledge of IDDSI standards, nutrition, and elderly dietary needs.
*
Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 certification (essential).
*
Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
*
Flexible and able to travel across multiple locations.
