We are working with a growing manufacturing business in the Glasgow area seeking a practical, hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support production setup, machinery operation and process improvement within a small, developing team.
This role would suit someone who:
• Has worked within manufacturing (moulding, plastics, packaging or similar)
• Is comfortable setting and running machinery
• Can work independently and take ownership
• Has experience improving processes or layout
• Enjoys being part of a small, evolving environment
This is not a purely maintenance role - we are looking for someone involved in production, setup and continuous improvement.
