We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Professional to join our awesome team here at Red. This position will cover all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and managing candidate/client expectations, to proactive business development to help grow the business, whilst consistently delivering an outstanding service.

Ideally you will have:              

A minimum of 3-5 years previous recruitment experience (ideally within Marine and Shipping)

Previous sales/business development experience is highly desirable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Great attention to detail and organisational skills

A positive and self-motivated approach
