We’re looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join a busy paint department in Warwick.
🕒 Hours: 37 per week (Monday–Thursday, 06:00 – 15:30)
💷 Rate: Up to £19 per hour (DOE)
This is a hands-on, detail-focused role where quality and precision are key.
🔧 Duties of the Paint Sprayer:
• Masking and preparing vehicles to a high standard
• Supporting paint shop operations and maintaining takt times
• Promoting good housekeeping and adhering to health & safety guidelines
• Assisting across multiple units as needed
🧠The Ideal Paint Sprayer:
• Previous experience in a paint shop / prep / spraying role
• Knowledge of H&S working with solvents
• Comfortable in confined positions, climbing over vehicles, occasional heavy lifting
• Flexible team player who can move between units and adapt to tasks
