We’re excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing food manufacturer that’s making waves in the industry. Due to continued investment and expansion, they’re looking to strengthen their engineering team with a Multi-Skilled Engineer who’s ready to make a real impact.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of production and packaging equipment.
* Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to engineering projects.
* Working collaboratively with production and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and food hygiene at all times.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* A time-served engineer with a recognised qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
* Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment – food/FMCG experience is a bonus.
* Strong electrical and mechanical skills – ideally with PLC fault-finding ability.
* A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and a team-first approach.
