Major Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading international automotive business with a large, modern facility in the Baildon/Shipley area. We're currently seeking an experienced FLT Driver (Counterbalance or Bendi) to join their hardworking, supportive team.
Your Role as an FLT Driver:
*
Operate a Counterbalance or Reach FLT (depending on department)
*
Load and unload containers safely and efficiently
*
Pick and store stock accurately within the warehouse
*
Perform manual handling of heavy items as required
*
Follow manufacturing and warehouse processes
*
Comply with all health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
*
Valid FLT license (Counterbalance or Bendi)
*
Proven experience operating a forklift in a factory or warehouse setting
*
Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
*
Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
*
Strong time management and communication skills
*
A proactive, reliable, and safety-focused attitude
Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly):
Week 1:
*
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
*
Friday: 6:00am – 11:00am
Week 2:
*
Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
*
Friday: 11:00am – 4:00pm
