We are seeking motivated individuals to join a leading international manufacturing company as Furnace Operators. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, endurance and attention to safety.
As a key member of the factory team, you will be involved in:
* Operating and monitoring industrial furnaces in a manufacturing environment.
* Loading and unloading heavy materials and products.
* Ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards and customer timelines.
* Adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Full training will be provided to help you excel in your role.
What We're Looking For:
* Familiarity with machine operations and factory settings.
* Good physical strength and stamina – this role involves heavy lifting and standing for long periods
* Willingness to work in high-temperature environments.
* Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
* Good communication skills..
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well within a team.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Weekly Alternating:
Week 1:
* Mon–Thurs: 6:00am–2:00pm
* Fri: 6:00am–11:00am
Week 2:
* Mon–Thurs: 2:00pm–10:00pm
* Fri: 11:00am–4:00pm
OR
Night Shift
* Monday to Thursday:
* 10:00pm - 06:00am
* Friday:
* 04:00pm to 09:00pm
Please note you will only be required to work nights OR alternating shifts.
