What does an SDR do?
Working as an SDR, you will be responsible for the front end of the sales process. Making outbound calls to introduce prospect to your clients' solutions, you'll build rapport and book high level meetings in to be sat by senior decision makers.
What's makes a great SDR?
The right candidate for this role will be driven, money-motivated and a great relationship builder.
There is no need to have prior sales experience but some form of commercial exposure such as customer service or call centre work could have built the transferable skills for a phone based role.
