Key Responsibilities
- As a Land Agent, your core duties will include:Managing a diverse portfolio of rural properties and agricultural clients
- Providing valuation, management and strategic consultancy advice
- Negotiating on behalf of clients for land, tenancy, access, compensation and development matters
- Supporting compulsory purchase and infrastructure schemes
- Advising on diversification, grants, rural support schemes and long?term land strategy
- Building strong client relationships through proactive, professional service delivery
About You
- We are looking for an individual who is:Professionally qualified (MRICS / working toward chartership)
- Experienced in rural practice, land management or agricultural consultancy
- A confident communicator with strong negotiation and client?facing skills
- Commercially aware, adaptable and able to manage varied workloads
- Motivated to develop professionally within a supportive and expanding team environment
