Our client is looking for a proactive Learning Business Partner to support training delivery in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and manage learning plans for assigned business areas
- Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities
- Act as the main contact for all learning-related queries
- Lead regular meetings to track progress and address challenges
- Monitor training effectiveness and anticipate future needs
- Collaborate with training providers for smooth delivery
- Contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives
