Aspire People are currently recruiting for a nurturing and creative **Nursery Teacher** to join a supportive Early Years setting within a primary school. This role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about **early childhood development** and creating engaging, play-based learning environments.
The school has a well-resourced EYFS provision and a strong focus on supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development.
**The Role:**
* Planning and delivering engaging EYFS lessons in line with the Early Years Framework
* Creating a stimulating and safe learning environment
* Supporting children's early development through play-based learning
* Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
* Working closely with teaching assistants and EYFS staff
* Building strong relationships with parents and carers
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience within EYFS or Nursery settings
* Strong understanding of child development and EYFS curriculum
* Creative, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
