    Job description

    Primary Teacher - Supply & Long-Term Roles
    Location: Doncaster
    Pay: £160-£240 per day (dependent on experience)
    Start: Immediate and ongoing opportunities
    TeachMatch Recruitment is working with a range of primary schools across South Yorkshire, including settings supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and additional needs.
    We are seeking resilient, confident Primary Teachers for day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles. Many of our schools require strong behaviour management skills and prior experience supporting pupils with SEMH and complex needs.
    The Role:

    Deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

    Manage challenging behaviour confidently and consistently

    Create a structured, inclusive classroom environment

    Adapt teaching to support SEND and SEMH pupils
    Essential Requirements:

    QTS

    Strong classroom management skills

    Calm, resilient and professional approach
