Sage Partners is currently expanding and we’re looking for a Graduate Management Trainee ready to step into a fast-moving environment focused on leadership, business development and entrepreneurship.
This opportunity is designed for anyone who has already graduated and wants practical experience in how businesses grow, teams develop and new markets are built. You’ll be part of a structured development pathway designed to prepare individuals for future management and leadership responsibilities.
IMPORTANT:
- The role will be based in Coventry, with full training based in Birmingham (Mailbox).
- This is an Entry Level role: full paid training and mentorship will be provided.
- Immediate start only - this role is for individuals who have graduated in the past few years or are looking for an entry-level role in business and management.

What the Role Involves
The Graduate Management Trainee position provides hands-on exposure to the operational and strategic side of the business. You will gradually develop experience in areas such as:
• Supporting the delivery and organisation of live client campaigns
• Working closely with senior leaders to understand team management and operations
• Contributing to business development and growth initiatives
• Participating in team briefings, planning sessions and performance reviews
• Developing leadership skills through mentorship and real responsibility
• Building strong professional relationships with customers and colleagues
As you progress, you’ll take on increasing responsibility and begin supporting team leadership and operational decision-making.
