Teacher of English – The Role
A well-established secondary school in Havering is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of English on a full-time permanent basis starting September 2026.
The successful candidate will:
Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5
Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking and analytical skills in line with the national curriculum

Monitor and assess student progress effectively
Contribute to curriculum development within the English department
