About the Role
Destination Education is currently seeking reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and well-managed primary schools in Redbridge. This role is ideal for teachers looking for flexible work while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom. Assignments may include day-to-day cover, short-term placements, or longer-term opportunities depending on availability and school needs.
You will be responsible for maintaining continuity of learning, delivering pre-planned lessons, and ensuring a structured and positive classroom environment in line with each school’s policies and expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
Follow school policies and procedures effectively.
Ensure pupil engagement and continuity of learning throughout the day.
Manage behaviour in line with school expectations.
Provide feedback to the school at the end of each assignment.The Ideal Candidate

Holds QTS or equivalent.
Has recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
Is flexible, reliable, and confident in different classroom settings.
Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
