The opportunity:
As a Vacancy Management Partner/ Recruitment Partner on one of our largest RPO accounts at Hays, you will be the heart of our operations ensuring that we are effectively providing our client with up-to-date candidate information and CV’s. You will be the integral link between our consultants and end clients as well as other external supporting recruiters we may use.
What does it look like day to day?
- Being accountable for the end-to-end management of recruitment lifecycle
- Conducting briefing calls and utilising Hays consultants and/or other agency supply chain for fulfilment of vacancies
- Liaising with hiring managers to obtain feedback at all stages in the recruitment lifecycle
- Ensuring candidates are compliant for vacancies they are submitted to / successful for.
What you’ll need to Succeed:
You will be expected to leverage effective communication and interpersonal skills to partner successfully with stakeholders on all levels. Being highly organised and able to manage multiple vacancies effectively. The ideal candidate will preferably have the following experience:
- Analytically minded, with a strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Teams.
- Experience of using 3SS or similar VMS would be beneficial but not essential
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- A proactive person who enjoys problem solving and getting to the root cause of queries
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
