Specification Sales Consultant – Architects | Scotland
£40,000–£45,000 Basic + Monthly Bonus (£15k OTE) + Car / Allowance
If you understand how specification selling works and want full Scotland ownership, this is worth a look.
This role is focused exclusively on influencing architects, structural engineers and landscape architects at design stage.
You will:
- Deliver CPDs
- Build relationships across Scottish practices
- Support projects from concept to specification
- Create pipeline that contractor sales convert
This is upstream, design-led selling. Not merchant chasing. Not contractor firefighting.
The territory has been under-covered for 18 months. There is genuine scope to rebuild presence properly.
You might currently be:
- A junior Specification Sales Executive
- A Technical Field Sales Rep regularly calling on architects
- A contractor or merchant-based rep with real design exposure
You will suit this if you’re commercially driven, confident presenting, and ready for clear performance expectations.
