Business Administrator
Glasgow | Hybrid | Part‑time (3 days/week)
£28,000–£35,000 FTE + Profit Share + Flexibility

The Role
You’ll keep the business running smoothly day‑to‑day, supporting consultants, clients, and leadership with reliable, efficient operational management. This role is designed to grow into Business Operations Manager as the company expands.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running day‑to‑day admin, timesheets, expenses, and internal standards
- Managing internal comms, reminders, and follow‑ups
- Keeping client and compliance records accurate and audit‑ready
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and induction processes
- Coordinating meetings, calendars, agendas, and action logs
- Assisting with invoicing, POs, subscriptions, and supplier management
- Maintaining policies, procedures, and version‑controlled documentation
- Acting as the central point of contact for operational queries
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in office management, operations, or admin leadership
- Confident with digital systems (Achilles experience is a bonus)
- Solid finance admin skills (invoices, expenses, POs)
- Excellent communicator – written and verbal
- Highly organised, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable improving processes and bringing structure
- Calm, solutions‑focused, and great at juggling priorities
- Microsoft 365 savvy (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.)
Bonus points for: experience in consultancy, environmental compliance, sustainability, or regulated sectors.
