We’re looking for a sharp, detail-focused Inventory & Stock Management Administrator to join a fast-paced, high-performing operational team in Derby. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in ensuring stock integrity across the business — owning reporting, reconciliation and inventory accuracy while supporting operational decision-making.
- Taking full ownership of stock accuracy across internal systems
- Running reconciliations and proactively investigating discrepancies
- Producing impactful weekly and monthly inventory reports in Excel
- Analysing stock trends, movements and variances to support planning
- Supporting demand planning and replenishment activities
- Working closely with warehouse, procurement and planning teams
- Assisting with stock takes and audit preparation
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in inventory, stock control or warehouse administration
- Competent on Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate clearly across teams
