- Store-First Strategy: Lead the buying team in creating a relevant, high-velocity assortment across our diverse 90+ store portfolio.
- Commercial Prowess: Own the P&L, focusing on margin protection, stock turn, and competitive high-street pricing.
- Supplier Partnerships: Drive long-term value through strategic sourcing and robust negotiation with global and domestic brands.
- Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing buying team to stay ahead of consumer trends and seasonal demands.
