This would suit someone with experience in complaints, compliance, regulatory or risk work – or a lawyer keen to step away from fee-earning and use their legal expertise in a broader, strategic role. Complaints and regulatory work is important - this is a high-impact and genuinely influential position.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading on client and non-client complaints from start to resolution
- Working with senior leaders to investigate issues and drive fair outcomes
- Spotting trends and turning insight into real business improvements
- Keeping us aligned with regulatory and professional standards
- Acting as key contact for bodies such as the SLCC and Law Society of Scotland
- Providing trusted advice on conflicts, confidentiality and professional conduct
- Leading a small team within Compliance & Risk
