Kent | £45,000–£60,000 DOE
A well‑established, multi‑disciplinary property practice in Kent is looking to appoint a Senior or Associate‑level Chartered General Practice Surveyor to join their growing team.
This is a varied, flexible role offering autonomy, a supportive culture, and the chance to tailor responsibilities around your strengths. You’ll work across a broad commercial portfolio and get stuck into a mix of property management, landlord & tenant, agency, valuations, and general practice work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a mixed commercial portfolio
- Handling rent reviews, lease renewals, inspections
- Agency work across disposals and lettings
- Supporting a diverse long‑standing client base
- Rolling involvement across the full lifecycle of commercial assets
The portfolio:
You’ll cover a well‑established patch across Kent, working with a diverse mix of industrial, office and land assets. The workload is varied, busy and commercially interesting, with a strong pipeline and a loyal client base.
What we’re looking for:
- MRICS‑qualified
- Strong GP background
- Confident, well‑rounded and able to work independently
