Estimator / Senior Estimator
Location: Coventry
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + Car/Allowance + Package
A respected main contractor is looking to appoint an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join their commercial team, working on a wide range of schemes across the Midlands and surrounding areas. Projects typically sit between £2m–£35m, covering education, healthcare, commercial, and community sectors.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate cost estimates for both competitive tenders and negotiated projects.
- Liaise with pre-construction, design, and delivery teams to understand project scope and requirements.
- Engage with supply chain partners to ensure competitive and complete pricing.
- Lead elements of the bid process and present value-engineering options where appropriate.
🔍 What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience working as an Estimator within a main contractor environment.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
- Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
- Clear communicator, confident working independently and as part of a wider team.
