This role is full-time and on-site, with initial training delivered from our Birmingham City Centre office before transitioning into the Coventry operation.

THE ROLE
This Entry Level Management position is designed for individuals at the start of their leadership journey.
You’ll begin by learning the foundations of how teams operate, how campaigns are delivered, and how performance is managed. From there, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility — supporting people, managing activity, and developing the skills needed to lead effectively.
This is a practical role, not a classroom-based one. You’ll learn through real involvement, supported by experienced leaders.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Fully paid training is provided.
During your initial training phase in Birmingham, you’ll receive:
• One-to-one mentoring and daily coaching
• Exposure to team coordination and leadership fundamentals
• Development in communication, organisation, and decision-making
• A clear progression framework based on performance
High performers typically move into team leadership and management roles within 12–24 months.
