Graphic Designer / Artworker Birstall, West Yorkshire (WF17 9QD) Full-time | Permanent We’re looking for a capable and reliable Graphic Designer / Artworker to join our in-house creative team based in Birstall. Supporting a multi-division business across pet, food, drink and other consumer categories, this role is suited to a designer with strong packaging and retail experience who is also comfortable supporting digital campaigns. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on packaging, POS and in-store activation, with some involvement in digital and occasional motion content where required. What you’ll be doing · Designing and artworking packaging across multiple product ranges across our own portfolio as well as exciting licensed brands · Creating POS, FSDUs and in-store activation materials for retail · Producing digital campaign assets for social, web and online retail · Supporting simple motion or animated assets where required · Managing multiple briefs simultaneously, often to tight deadlines · Preparing accurate, print-ready artwork and managing amendments · Working closely with Marketing, Product and Commercial teams · Ensuring brand consistency, technical accuracy and high creative standards · Adapting design style across multiple brands, categories and audiences What we’re looking for · Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Artworker · Strong experience in packaging, POS and in-store activation (essential) · Experience producing digital campaign assets · Basic to working knowledge of motion/animation for digital (supporting level) · High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) · Excellent print and production knowledge · Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to work at pace while maintaining quality · Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple projects · FMCG, retail, pet, food or drink experience Nice to have · Experience working across licensed or multi-brand portfolios · After Effects or simple animation experience Why join us · A varied design role with exciting briefs · Heavy exposure to packaging and retail activation · Fast-paced, hands-on environment with visible commercial output · Collaborative in-house team · On-site role based in Birstall, West Yorkshire (WF17 9QD)
