A leading UK Top 100 law firm are seeking an experienced Corporate Associate to join their busy team in Guildford, South of London.
Role
You will join the firm's specialist corporate team who are recognised in the Legal 500 for their expertise. The team work with a wide range of clients including entrepreneurs and mid-market enterprises.
You will work with businesses active in the UK and internationally on a broad range of corporate matters including restructuring or disposal of the business, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
You will manage your own caseload taking the lead on various transactions as well as assisting Partners on more complex higher value matters.
Candidate
You must have at least 2 years PQE in corporate law from a well regarded private practice firm. It is essential you have a solid technical understanding of corporate law.
