CK Group/Talentmark are recruiting for a Managing Operations Chemist to join a Waste Management company at their site based in Darlington on a full time, permanent basis, for a salary of up to £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Location:
The Managing Operations Chemist will be based at the company's site in Darlington, easily commutable from Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough, Bishop Auckland and Durham.
Managing Chemist Role
Your main duties will be:
- Managing a team of chemists.
- Sampling and laboratory testing of waste.
- Stock control.
- Spill response.
- Supporting the Commercial function.
- Accepting/dispatch of waste.
- Packing work.
Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in the Waste Management Industry - essential.
- HNC/HND/BSc/MChem/MSc in Chemistry.
- Willingness to work outdoors.
