    Job description

    We are on the look out for a positive, detail-oriented Administrator to join our Commercial team, based at our Head Office in Redditch. The aim is for you to assist the Commercial Department, made up of Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers in their day-to-day operations, alongside our Managing Director.

    The role has important administrative tasks to carry out effectively, whilst being adaptable to deal with any urgent requests that may fall to your department. Full training and support will be offered and continued to be offered.

    Responsibilities:

    • Dealing proficiently client defect requests under our customer care side of the business. Handling incoming calls and emails with our clients with professionalism.
    • Recording and actioning site drawing requests.
    • Tracking site production programmes, to encourage transparency and work flow across our sites.
    • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
    • Aid in the booking and organised of subcontractors.
