Role: Freight Forwarder - Multimodal
Location: Redditch, Midlands
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000
Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Responsibilities
- Responsible for completion of ocean/air/european road freight import and export from start to finish
- Organising the collection process through designated transportation firms.
- Liaising closely with clients, branch offices, international agents, and transportation providers,
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Overseeing order tracking, invoicing, and managing pre-alerts
- Managing Customs entries
- Monitoring shipments until their ultimate delivery.
- Managing job costing and invoicing responsibilities.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years' experience with a UK-based freight forwarding company.
- Experience in ocean and/or air and/or road freight shipments.
- Proficient knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
- Hands-on experience with freight-related software like Cargowise, Multifreight, etc.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
