This is an onsite position which will include occasional travel across the UK.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Lead and motivate a sales team managing relationships, ensuring strong performance and accountability
- Drive consistent activity levels and keep the team focused
- Strengthen and grow client network through proactive engagement and partnership development
- Conduct regular in‑person meetings, visits, and check‑ins to maintain strong rapport and insight
- Attend sector events and networking opportunities
- Identify performance issues, implement improvement plans, and escalate concerns when needed
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports covering KPIs and pipeline activity
Skills Desired:
- Proven ability to lead teams to high performance
- Strong communication skills by phone and in person
- Skilled in resolving conflicts and managing sensitive situations
- Self‑driven, proactive, and results‑oriented with the ability to work independently
