How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Role Overview

This role is designed for high-potential candidates who will develop into future marketing and commercial management leaders. The trainee will independently — or by leading a small team — manage the full sales cycle, including product pricing, contract review, contract execution, order fulfilment, and payment collection. The role ensures the effective implementation of sales policies, monitors overseas business risks, and is accountable for achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Lead the formulation of country-specific sales strategies and annual sales plans; drive execution and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
    2. Coordinate production-sales-inventory planning, manage inventory levels, and promote alignment between production and sales.
    3. Develop, optimise, and implement marketing and dealer management policies, and monitor compliance.
    4. Oversee the full sales management cycle: product pricing, contract review, stock preparation, shipment arrangements, payment collection, and risk control.
    5. Collaborate with product teams and R&D; prepare product requirement documents, market analysis reports, and related inputs for new product definition.

    Requirements

    1. Education & Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time), preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related majors.
    1. Experience:
    • At least 3 years of experience in sales, commercial management, or dealer/distributor management.
    1. Knowledge & Skills:
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics with the ability to quickly capture market trends.
    • Solid analytical skills with capability to design, optimise, and improve business processes.
    • Ability to identify operational issues, provide practical improvement solutions, and ensure implementation.
    • Experience participating in the development of marketing policies or dealer management policies.
    1. Language:
    • Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
