A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Head of Corporate to lead and grow its Glasgow corporate practice. You’ll lead a high‑performing corporate team advising an impressive and diverse client base, including entrepreneurial businesses, family‑owned companies, private equity investors and established corporates. The work is broad, complex and high value, spanning:
- M&A transactions
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Shareholder agreements, joint ventures and investments
- Corporate governance and strategic advisory work
This is a true leadership position with genuine autonomy. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, shaping strategy and expanding the firm’s corporate presence in Glasgow, while leveraging a strong national platform, established client relationships and excellent cross‑referral networks.
