Sales Assistant (m/f/d)
Your Tasks:
- preparing customer quotations for new business
- administration of change management activities
- initiating and monitoring pre-series (development & call-off sample) deliveries
- checking SW/HW version(s) of production sites vs customer demands
- Supporting market research and competitor analysis to assist sales strategy.
- preparing product/project presentations
- supporting various customer negotiations and meetings
- supporting demand management fulfilment of the customer and follow up of the timely delivery including proper documentation.
- monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPI´s
- updating of relevant customer information
- liaison with different stakeholders (internal) to solve customer requests.
- ensuring adequate and timely customer communication
- managing unit prices & order conditions
- Handling customer sample orders and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery.
- Coordinate effectively across time zones to minimize delays in communication between European HQ(Germany), Global HQ (South Korea), OEMs (UK), and internal production site (Vietnam)
Your Expertise:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or Engineering
- If prior experience in sales support or the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Problem-solving ability, adaptability, and teamwork.
- Good analytical skills
- Very good knowledge of Excel, Power point, and ERP systems
- Basic economic & logistic knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales and administrative tasks
- Fluent in English
